CounselorOS is provided for counseling practice operations. You are responsible for obtaining family/student consent before entering personal data, keeping account credentials secure, and using AI outputs as drafts that require professional review.
Authorized use
You may use CounselorOS only for lawful counseling, education, and practice-management workflows. You must have the right to enter student, family, academic, billing, essay, meeting, audio, and notification data into the service.
AI-assisted workflows
AI summaries, grading, recommendations, search, transcription, and essay feedback are assistant outputs. They may be incomplete or inaccurate, and counselors remain responsible for professional judgment, review, and final advice.
Recording consent
If you use audio recording or transcription features, you are responsible for notifying participants and obtaining all required consent before recording a meeting or uploading audio.
Account and billing
Self-serve workspaces may be subject to trial, subscription, seat, active-student, and AI usage limits. Access may be paused when a trial expires, payment fails, or usage exceeds the active plan.
Account deletion
Mobile users can delete their account in Profile → Delete account. Account deletion and data-access requests can also be sent to support. Workspace owners are responsible for responding to their students and families when those users request correction, export, or deletion of counseling records.
